I can’t begin to accurately describe how amazing Anna This was my first visit with Anna, and I was very impressed. The salon was welcoming, and she took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me a great haircut. What truly stood out, however, was her kindness and professionalism. At the end of my appointment, it wasn’t just the haircut that has secured her a new permanent client, but her kindness and compassion. Anna’s generosity and unexpected gesture truly meant more than she will ever know on a day where I needed it most. It’s rare to find someone who not only does excellent work but also shows such genuine care for their clients. I highly recommend Anna and look forward to returning.

I LOVED being in Priscilla's chair! She listened to my concerns and wishes, she was creative and gave helpful suggestions without performing a drastic makeover on my first visit. My result was something fresh and new and I felt prettier than when I arrived. She felt like an old friend as we talked the day away and the time flew by. The salon itself has a great vibe and I really liked all the botanicals, the elevated quiet area with the lights and warmers for processing, and the snacks and drinks were a nice perk too. I was there for 4 hours so I paid $9 for parking in the garage - even with their validation - but that was the worst part and the overall experience at Novak was excellent. I look forward to my next visit!

Danielle is amazing! I am so happy with my hair after my initial appointment, and feel so comfortable trusting her to know how to fix the things that I want to change long-term. Tessa did an amazing job on my cut and highlight! Its always nerve-wracking to go to a new stylist, but she made me very comfortable, and talked me through every step she was taking. Her transparency put me at ease for a wonderful experience with 5 star results! Also, the woman massaging my head after my rinse was *chef's kiss*
